Class Procedure and Policies

Materials are not included unless noted in class desciption. Registration & tuition are required in advance. Class tuition is non-refundable. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or class fee is forfeited. Student will receive a 10% discount off retail purchase. Classes may be rescheduled if fewer than three students register.

Student can register in person or over the phone.

If you do not see the class that you want on the calendar, please contact us and we will do our best to get it scheduled for you.

Classes are held at both of our locations.

Store return policy

At Beads on Parade we want you to feel good about your purchase, so we do offer exchanges on most items purchased. Items can be exchanged for any reason within 10 days and must be accompanied with receipt.

Items that we do not offer exchanges on would be wire and other stringing materials, seed beads that were purchased by the hank, and books.

Special event and party policy.

To assure that we save the dates for your event, please call 3-4 weeks in advance. We would then need to consult with the host to find out and organize which project will be completed. Cost per person depends on the project desired. Some projects will include materials and others will not. A 50% deposit is required.
